Outfitter Satellite's service was outstanding, especially customer service.  During our learning phase for the system, Outfitter Satellite's technical service quickly solved our problems after only 1 call. We never had occasion to call them again as we never encountered a problem.  As the chief operator for the system, I highly recommend anyone considering a satellite system to use the BGAN from Outfitter Satellite.   Clipperton Atoll is a very hostile environment, with temperatures during the day reaching 110 degrees and rainstorms that dumped 3 inches of rain in 20 minutes.  No problems EVER with the BGAN through it all.

IsatPhone PRO is compatible with many Bluetooth headsets including Motorola HS H850, Motorola HS H350, Nokia BH-208, Nokia HS-129W, Nokia Lizzy-0720-B4.2, Nokia BH-103 The new IsatPhonePRO adds a low-cost handheld satellite phone to the legendary Inmarsat family of services with nearly global coverage excluding the polar caps.  Capabilities of the IsatPhonePRO include: voice, SMS texting, and 2400 bps data.*   All of this is built into a very tough shell.  The IsatPhonePRO is one of the most durable satellite phones ever produced.

The IsatPhonePRO is recommended for use inside the dashed gold circle.   Outside of that circle the satellite is low on the horizon and a direct unobstructed view of the satellite with the phone's antenna pointed at the satellite may be required for use.  Inside the gold circle, the IsatPhonePRO can be used without concern for the position of the satellite  with the antenna pointed straight up.
