Iridium 9555 PotsDOCK supports BlueTooth headset use.If you want to use your Iridium 9555 from a car, boat, or building, we recommend the Iridium 9555 PotsDOCK by BEAM. 

While docked, voice calls can be made using many popular BlueTooth Headsets,  standard telephone equipment connected through the RJ-11 port, using the 9555 earpiece, or using an optional privacy handset.  

WORKS WITH YOUR ANALOG PHONE:  The RJ-11 analog phone port allows you to connect a standard phone up to 2500 feet away (using ordinary phone cable).   You can use the Iridium phone hands-free with the 9555 ear piece, or use your Bluetooth headset. You can also connect your PC to the dock for data calls using a standard USB cable. Your phone will stay charged while it is in the dock and power is on to the dock.

SUPPORTS DATA/INTERNET APPLICATIONS:  The PotsDOCK comes with a Mini-USB data port.   Outfitter Satellite offers a variety of Iridium-optimized email, PC-fax, and FTP data services including SkyFile and Amos Connect at no charge to our clients.

POWERFUL GPS LOCATION FEATURES:   A built-in GPS feature provides the ability for others to track the location of the docking station.
