THRANE AND THRANE EXPLORER 700 - Frequently Asked Questions

INTERNET/DATA:  The Thrane & Thrane EXPLORER 700 is a class 1 BGAN offering up to 492 kbps speeds using standard IP internet access and 32 kbps, 64 kbps, 128 kbps, 256 kbps, and Xstream  streaming IP data.   There are two RJ-45 ports (max cable length of 328 feet), a USB (1.1) port, BlueTooth wireless data, and 802.11 a/b/g WLAN.

VOICE, ISDN AND G3 FAX SERVICES:  The Thrane & Thrane EXPLORER 700 has separate RJ-11 ports for 4kbps voice and 3.1KHz audio (modem or G3 fax) and two ISDN ports.   The external antenna can be remoted using optional 10-meter or 30-meter antenna cables.  Longer antenna cables are available on request.
